Steph Curry Sends Message to China After Chaotic Tour

Steph Curry just finished his China tour, and while it got a little out of hand, the Golden State Warriors star still had a great time.

Curry made that abundantly clear as he sent his parting message to his Chinese fans at the conclusion of his trip to promote his Under Armour signature line, the Curry Brand.

In a post on X (formerly Twitter), Curry shared a video from his tour. It showed fans cheering for him and asking him for autographs following an event. The Warriors star captioned the post, “Dear China, what a trip, what a tour, what a time.”

Steph Curry was joined by Sacramento Kings guard De’Aaron Fox on his China trip. Sure enough, the Warriors superstar was met with with hordes of fans wherever he went during his visit.

As a result, some of his events were canceled and a trip to one of the four cities he planned to go to was skipped altogether. Curry was supposed to visit Chengdu, Xi’an, Shenyang and Shanghai, but his Xi’an trip was scratched due to overcrowding.

Despite things getting a bit messy, Curry certainly appreciated the incredible welcome he got from his Chinese fans.

It remains to be seen when Curry will visit China again, but maybe next time, he’ll be able to make it to Xi’an and visit other Chinese cities as well
