Ripped Tom Brady spotted leaving the gym carrying adorable family dog Fluffy… after revealing his secret to staying in shape at 47

Tom Brady was seen leaving the gym with adorable family dog ‘Fluffy’ in his arms after finishing a workout on Thursday.

Brady, who has recently been teasing a potential NFL comeback, showed off his ripped arms while carrying Fluffy – the dog he and ex-wife Gisele Bundchen rescued back in 2016.

The 47-year-old was also walking an unidentified brown pitbull mix that resembles the couple’s old dog Lua – who sadly passed away back in 2023 – on a lead while making his way out of the gym.

Tom and Gisele mourned the death of Lua one year on from their high-profile divorce, with children Benjamin and Vivian also left devastated after losing their beloved dog.

Brady is keeping himself in solid shape almost 18 months on from his NFL retirement, joking in a recent YouTube vlog: ‘I will say… not to brag about myself, but I’m a great athlete.’

Back in 2019 he also opened up on his secret to keeping himself toned, which has never including pushing big weights.

The seven-time Super Bowl-winning quarterback instead told Men’s Health that he focuses on increasing muscle ‘pliability’ emphasizing muscle length and ease of movement rather than nailing a maximum bench press.

He said on his recent vlog in the gym: ‘We were just grinding it out to see who could lift more and be the bigger meatstick. I think the most I ever did was 225 [pounds] for eight or nine [reps].

‘I always thought if you could do your body weight 10 times, that’s a great goal.’

Despite preparing to start his broadcasting career with Fox Sports, Brady has been hinting at a potential NFL return in recent months.

And this week he was even seen practicing with receivers while shooting a commercial for athletics company Nobull.

In a video shared on his YouTube channel, Brady can first be seen throwing a ball on the field in Miami for the ad, before he later discussed his recent dream about the Super Bowl.

The dream involved broadcasting rather than playing, nevertheless, as he gets set to start his $375m deal with Fox.

‘I actually had a crazy dream last night,’ Brady says in the video. ‘The Super Bowl was coming up and I had yet to do a game, and Fox had it. And they called me up and they’re like, “Hey dude you’re gonna do the Super Bowl.” And it was that day.

‘I was like, “That’s kind of f****ng weird though. The Chiefs are in it and I know the Chiefs, and the 49ers are in it and I know them… so I could probably do it.”

‘And literally I like snapped out of it.’

Brady made his Fox debut during the UFL’s championship game back in June and will cover an NFL game for the first time when the Dallas Cowboys and Cleveland Browns lock horns on Sunday September 8.

The NFL icon put pen to paper on a 10-year, $375million contract with the network earlier this year.
