Chandler Parsons believes most people don’t have Kobe Bryant in their list of top three players of all time and that he would rank Kevin Durant higher than him.
Many debates about the NBA’s greatest players include Michael Jordan, LeBron James, and Kobe Bryant.
But former player Chandler Parsons believes Kobe Bryant shouldn’t be mentioned if you’re talking about the top three.
“I love Kobe, God rest his soul, but he’s not top three in most people’s eyes. I don’t even understand how this is an argument between him and LeBron. I think it’s Shaq (third) but a lot of guys would go even older than him,” Parsons said on FanDuel TV.
He stressed that most people don’t have Bryant in their top three. He also admitted that he would rank Phoenix Suns star Kevin Durant higher than Kobe.
“But I don’t think if you look at rankings across the world, I don’t see Kobe in most people’s top three. He’s not. But to put him over LeBron… I would rank Kevin Durant above Kobe.

When Parsons asked his co-host Lou Williams if he thinks Kobe should be one of the top three greatest players of all time, Williams replied: “Absolutely.”
Bryant is a 5-time NBA champion, while Durant has two championships in his career.
