The San Francisco 49ers are no longer in playoff contention this season despite having a game in hand. The 6-10 Niners take to the field one last time on Sunday against the Arizona Cardinals in what is essentially a no-bearing contest.
San Francisco supporters, however, still have something to cheer for now that the 2025 Pro Bowl rosters have been revealed. The Niners will have four players representing the squad in Orlando, Florida on Feb. 2, as well as four alternates.
George Kittle will be one of the stars who will be headed to the Pro Bowl Games, which now makes the 31-year-old tight end a six-time Pro Bowler. The Niners shared the big news via Instagram on Thursday.
Kittle’s wife, Claire Kittle, had one of the best reactions to her husband’s most recent career achievement. She used five words to describe the former Iowa Hawkeyes star amid another incredible distinction.
“The best in the world!!! ❤️” Claire Kittle wrote in the comments section.
According to People, George and Claire Kittle first started dating during their freshman year in Iowa. They tied the knot in 2019 and have since been happily married for the past five-plus years.
Claire Kittle is one of George Kittle’s biggest supporters, and she sees to it to attend as many Niners games as she can during the season. As such, it would not be a surprise if Claire Kittle is on the sidelines again on Sunday at State Farm Stadium in Glendale, Arizona to support her man.
