While in quarantine, Steph and Ayesha Curry have been enjoying lots of one-on-one time with their children, but they did take a morning bike ride to recharge.
Steph Curry’s 34-year-old wife is “sold” on taking early morning bike rides with her adoring husband, the 35-year-old NBA star. On July 17, the beautiful mother of three shared an Instagram snapshot of herself kissing the NBA player as he was dressed in his training gear. Rode my bike for the first time this morning… Take it as a done deal. In the photo’s description, she wrote, “I love being on this adventure with you @stephencurry30,” and she also included a heart and a tongue-out sign. Ayesha wore a black lycra top and matching cycling shorts in the first picture.
She sported a black helmet and a beautiful braided style for her dark hair, clearly aware of the importance of safety. In addition to her pink sneakers and black riding gloves, she accessorized with an Apple Watch. To make sure she drank enough water, she also had a camel pack on her back. Husband, an athlete, wore black cycle shorts and a long-sleeved blue shirt. On top of that, he was wearing a helmet and gloves. In Steph’s image, Ayesha seemed like she was pouting at her husband in an attempt to get a kiss.
Also, the famous chef let slip that she’s been hitting the gym on a daily basis since January, calling her regimen “heavy HIIT, Hella cardio, floor work.” Her three children, Riley (10), Ryan (7), and Canon (5), occupy her time when she is not at the gym.
