Tom Brady Celebrates $335M Raiders Move With Taylor Swift as Travis Kelce Ditches Eras Tour Concert

On Tuesday, we got to know that Tom Brady has acquired a minority stake in the Las Vegas Raiders. The NFL has cleared him for the 5% stake that he had discussed with principal owner Mark Davis in 2023. His shares are estimated to be worth $335 million, and he needed only 24 of the league’s 32 owners’ approval/votes but received 32-0. He released a lengthy statement on X which read, “I’m eager to contribute to the organization in any way I can, honoring the Raiders’ rich tradition while finding every possible opportunity to improve our offering to fans… and most importantly, WIN football games.” Now that’s huge news and deserves to be celebrated, right?

On cue, the former NFL star was spotted celebrating his Raiders’ move with his two sons, Jack and Benjamin, at Taylor Swift’s Miami Eras Tour!

He shared a snap on his Instagram stories, where he was seen hugging his children as they smiled for the photo. He captioned it, “Boys night at the Eras Tour (laughing emoji).

Does that mean he forgot about his daughter, Vivian Lake? Absolutely not! In a prior story, he shared a screenshot of his Instagram chat/interaction with his daughter:

This is the final leg of the Eras Tour and, hence, several celebrities like Tom Brady, Serena Williams, and husband Alexis Ohanian, television personality Hoda Kotb, were in attendance. But do you know who was missing? Travis Kelce!

Well, the reason behind Kelce ditching Tay-Tay’s third leg of the Eras Tour is that he has an upcoming game on Sunday. The Chiefs will face off against the 49ers. It is quite an important game as the 49ers lost the last two Super Bowls against KC and they will be highly motivated to score a win, though the coach may have said that’s not the case.

The 49ers coach Kyle Shanahan stated, “I think everyone understands that we’ve lost the two Super Bowls to them. So I mean, that can give a little post-traumatic stress when you turn on the tape, but I think that’s human nature. But you’ve got to make sure you don’t get caught up in that. This game has nothing to do with past games. That was last year.”

No doubt, the Chiefs players are busy practicing. Nevertheless, his family members such as Jason, Kylie, Wyatt, Elliotte, and Donna Kelce didn’t miss the chance to see Swift rock the stage at Hard Rock Stadium. Viral photos and videos proved that they all were in attendance at the show in Miami. Do you know why this is a big deal?

It was their very first Taylor Swift concert! But wait! There’s more to the story.

The singer was surely missing her beau because she did something that added to NFL fans and Swifties’ excitement.

Taylor Swift paid tribute to Travis Kelce at the Miami concert!

Yes! You heard it right. Although Travis Kelce is not there, Taylor Swift made sure he knew she was thinking about him. She struck a pose that Kelce is famous for.

So what happened was, while Swift, dressed up in white, was performing, she made a gesture, enacting Kelce’s signature archer pose on stage. This archer pose is the TE’s signature style on and off the field. So when Tay-Tay enacted this on October 18, it left the crowd bursting with excitement.

In fact, back in June, she recreated her boyfriend’s pose in Dublin while the lyrics went, “And he never thinks of me, except when I’m on TV,” which attracted a huge applause from the crowd. Throughout her Eras Tour, the singer has sprinkled Travis Kelce references.

Do you remember how she changed a few lyrics of her song ‘Karma’ in 2023? She was in Buenos Aires, Argentina, for her Eras Tour and gave a shoutout to her boyfriend by singing, “Karma is the guy on the Chiefs coming straight home to me.”

The original line was: “Karma is the guy on the screen coming straight home to me.”

Kelce was shocked and even discussed it on his New Heights podcast. “Yeah no I had no clue [she would do that] … well, I might have had a little bit of a clue, but definitely when I heard it come out of her mouth, it still shocked me,” Kelce admitted on the latest episode of his New Heights podcast, which he co-hosts with brother Jason Kelce. “I was like, ‘Oh s–t, she really just said that”.”

Well, that’s Taylor Swift!
