Rob Gronkowski Has A Strong Belief About LeBron’s Football Potential

One of the great athletes in the world is legendary NBA player Lebron James.

In fact, he might very well be the best athlete out there.

Being the great athlete that he is, a lot of people have wondered if he could make it in another sport or league.

While recently on Games with Names with Julian Edelman, legendary NFL tight end Ron Gronkowski brought up how he wishes James would’ve played football.

“Lebron would have been an absolute monster on the football field…I really wish he tried out for the NFL,” Gronkowski stated.

James stands at 6-9 and weighs over 250 pounds.

In other words, he has the build of a very, very tall tight end.

If you think Travis Kelce and George Kittle are great players, just imagine LeBron James being a great tight end.

He played high school football and, as Gronkowski noted, dominated.

It would have been fascinating to see him try out for the NFL a few years ago, but the fact that he is about to be 40 years of age may stop that idea train.

Besides, he has done okay in the NBA.

The 20-time All-Star and four-time NBA champion is the league’s all-time leading scorer.

When you are often compared to Michael Jordan in anything, you must be doing something right.

James clearly made the right call by following his NBA path seeing as he is considered to be arguably the best basketball player to have ever lived.

The NFL scenario is just something fun to dream about now.
