Word on the street is that the supermodel has split from Miami jiu-jitsu instructor Joaquim Valente.
The Brazilian natives had always been under the radar since they reportedly began dating last summer, but lately they haven’t been seen together at all.
So, did the roast of her ex, Tom Brady, which streamed on Netflix last month, put the nail in the romance?
Because the main topic of the celebrity-filled insultfest was their relationship. Everyone from Hollywood’s top comedians to former NFL teammates took shots.
Host Kevin Hart led the charge with this zinger: “She f—ed that karate man! How did you not see this coming?” he asked Brady. “Eight f—ing karate classes a day and she’s still a white belt!”
And this from mean queen Nikki Glaser: “You have seven rings — well, eight, now that Gisele gave hers back. The only thing dumber than saying yes to this roast was when you said, ‘Hey babe, you should try jiu-jitsu.’”
Even a so-called friend wouldn’t give the Super Bowl champ, 46, a break.
“You know, obviously buddy, you got really used to not being touched, right?” joked ex Patriots QB Drew Bledsoe to his successor. “Just like the end of the marriage.”
Bundchen, who shares two kids with Brady, didn’t take the cracks lightly.
A source told People magazine that 43-year-old “Nourish” author was “deeply disappointed by the disrespectful portrayal of her family.”
Another possible reason Bundchen wasn’t happy with the ribald show is that it caused tension between her and Valente, In Touch Weekly reports.
“By agreeing to do the roast, he basically put a target on Joaquim’s back,” a source tells the mag.
The newly minted Hall of Famer has already apologized to his ex after she was raked over the coals, but if he’s partially responsible for her breakup, things could get frosty on the co-parenting front.
“Gisele and Tom had a ‘no disparaging remarks’ rule when it came to speaking about each other or their marriage and divorce,” an insider dished to the outlet. “She definitely [was] offended and upset about the comments made at the roast. … She thinks her new relationship should have been off-limits.”
