CeeDee Lamb’s desperate move to change opinion of unhappy Dallas Cowboys fans caught on video

Lamb sought favor of fans after frustrating night in New York

CeeDee Lamb closed out Thursday Night Football with a gesture to a fan that gave a sweet ending to another sour Dallas Cowboys performance. Whether it was out of the goodness of his own heart or to help him regain the favor of Cowboys fans after his regrettable behavior the game before, we may never know. Either way, it certainly changed the attitude of one young Dallas fan.

CeeDee Lambs interaction with fan goes viral

Cameras always follow the Cowboys star players, and CeeDee seemed to take the opportunity to spark some positivity after their Thursday night game against the New York Giants. It seemed to change some opinions about the Cowboys’ WR1 online.

Thank you for watching

“Building goodwill is cheap,” replied one fan on X, formerly Twitter. “Fixing a bad reputation is EXPENSIVE!”

After initially stopping and pointing toward his wrist band as a souvenir to give to the nearby fan, Lamb opted to go the extra mile, offering his game worn shoes. It took a few leaps, but he delivered them safely to the lucky fan.

“That’s how you treat the fans!!!” another commenter added.

Mixed feelings for Cowboys fans

The good news for Cowboys fans is that their star wide receiver seems to be back to himself, propelling the team to a much-needed victory with 7 catches, 98 yards and a long touchdown from Dak Prescott.

The bad news is that it took a 5-point win to scrape past the lowly Giants. After all that, the Cowboys are still only 2-2 after four games, looking up at the 2-1 Washington Commanders and the 2-1 Philadelphia Eagles in the NFC East.

The season started slow for Lamb after his contract holdout that caused him to miss all of training camp. The vibes have not been great in Dallas thanks to a blowout loss to the Saints and tension between Lamb and Prescott that boiled over in last week’s loss to the Ravens.
