Skip Bayless has been named in a lawsuit claiming he touched a former FOX employee inappropriately and offered her money to sleep with him.

According to documents obtained by Front Office Sports, Noushin Faraji is suing Bayless, Fox, Fox Sports, FS1, FS2, FOX Sports EVP Charlie Dixon, and Joy Taylor, among others.

Faraji, who worked at the network as a hairstylist from 2012 to August 2024, is claiming Dixon grabbed her buttocks at a birthday party in West Hollywood and that she was told to “get over it” by Taylor after she told her what happened.

She is seeking unspecified monetary damages and a jury trial.

Faraji claims Bayless began giving her “lingering hugs and kisses on the cheek while putting his body against hers and pressing against her breasts” after she started working on ‘Undisputed.’

She says she told him she was not interested in him and didn’t date at work, even going as far as telling him she had ovarian cancer in a bid to get him to back off.

Per FOS:

“Instead, Bayless became more aggressive over the years, according to the suit. He allegedly offered Faraji $1.5 million to have sex with him–and claimed he could “change” her life. The suit also claims Bayless accused Faraji of sleeping with Shannon Sharpe, his co-star on Undisputed.”

“As the suit alleges: “Approximately one week later, Mr. Bayless made another advance at Ms. Faraji. Ms. Faraji responded: “Skip, stop, you have a wife.” Mr. Bayless responded: “Aren’t you Muslim? Doesn’t your dad have three to four wives?” Ms. Faraji responded that her father was dead, and when Mr. Bayless looked taken aback, she made an excuse to leave.”

Faraji, who has Persian roots, also accuses Taylor of constantly insulting her “on a personal and professional level” after their friendship ended. Taylor is also said to have mocked the pronunciation of her name.

“When Ms. Faraji and others came forward to report the wrongdoing, instead of addressing their concerns, Fox retaliated against them while the perpetrators and those who protected them were inexplicably promoted. This case thus represents yet another in a long line of cases chronicling the toxic culture at Fox, marked by bad faith promises and repeated failures to address a poisonous and entrenched patriarchy.”

Neither Faraji’s attorneys nor FOX Sports responded immediately after they were contacted for comment by FOS.

Former Cowboys Star Reacts To Accusation Against Skip Bayless

Former Dallas Cowboys star Dez Bryant is not afraid to share his feelings on social media, no matter the topic.

Over the years, Bryant has made it clear he does not care for Skip Bayless, most recently sending a NSFW tweet at the longtime media personality in 2020 in response to Bayless’ criticism of Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott’s comments about mental health. On Sunday, news broke that Bayless has been named in a lawsuit by former Fox Sports hairstylist, Noushin Faraji, who accused the onetime FS1 commentator of s3xually harassing her.

Among the allegations Faraji made was that Bayless propositioned her, offering $1.5 million in exchange for s3x and saying he could “change” her life. She also accused the 73-year-old analyst of giving her “lingering hugs and kisses on the cheek while putting his body against hers and pressing against her breasts.”

After seeing news about the suit, Bryant took to X/Twitter to taunt Bayless.

“@RealSkipBayless tried to pay a girl 1.5 for the P! That’s crazy,” Bryant wrote.

Some of Bryant’s followers responded by saying Bayless was only accused of these actions and had yet to be proven guilty, but the three-time Pro Bowler didn’t care.

“Like half of the story’s they put out about athletes! He’s guilty until proven innocent!” Bryant said, adding that “it’s never been a secret” that he doesn’t “f–k with” Bayless.

Bayless has been married to his wife Ernestine since 2016. Faraji also named Fox Sports executive Charlie Dixon and host Joy Taylor in the 42-page lawsuit.

“Ms. Faraji brings forth this action because for over a decade at Fox, she was forced to endure a misogynistic, racist, and ableist workplace where executives and talent were allowed to physically and verbally abuse workers with impunity,” the suit claims. “When Ms. Faraji and others came forward to report the wrongdoing, instead of addressing their concerns, Fox retaliated against them while the perpetrators and those who protected them were inexplicably promoted. This case thus represents yet another in a long line of cases chronicling the toxic culture at Fox, marked by bad faith promises and repeated failures to address a poisonous and entrenched patriarchy.”
