BREAKING: LeBron James Admits Reason for Feeling “Uncomfortable” with Current Situation Alongside Anthony Davis

LeBron James doesn’t fully appreciate the current circumstances he finds his relationship with Anthony Davis.

LeBron James and the Los Angeles Lakers vanquished the Dallas Mavericks in a crucial game. Much of the focus was on Luka Doncic, who made his first return to the Mavericks.

Doncic anticipated an emotional night, even though he didn’t look forward to seeing Nico Harrison or Jason Kidd. And he was right, as Luka Doncic was moved to tears after the tribute the Mavericks played.

After the game, Doncic asked Mavericks fans to move on, noting that their time together was over. But there was another star on the court who played against his former team.

It was Anthony Davis‘ first time playing against the Lakers since being traded. And the truth is, LeBron James is still not fully over his situation with Anthony Davis.

LeBron James on Anthony Davis relationship

Speaking after the game, LeBron James spoke candidly about his current dynamic with Anthony Davis. The King did not hold back.

He told reporters that he is still not comfortable with the fact that Anthony Davis is no longer his teammate. That reality has yet to fully sink in for LeBron James.

“I ain’t got comfortable yet with him being on the other side, for sure.”

LeBron James was the biggest proponent of getting Anthony Davis to the Lakers. And in their first year together, they won an NBA championship.

Unlike some of LeBron’s other high-profile teammates, he never had any kind of falling out with Davis during their time together. The two even shared an NSFW moment during the game, which you can see here.

LeBron talks Luka Doncic impact

Speaking of superstar teammates, LeBron James also spoke about the value Luka Doncic brings to the team. He noted that Luka is a big game player par excellence, and he will step up for them in the playoffs.

“He’s battle-tested. He’s been in big moments throughout his career.”

James showed Doncic a lot of support as the game tipped off, giving him a big hug when he was in tears. The chemistry between the two is developing quite well.

James had a great game in his own right, dropping 27 points in the win, including a brilliant fourth-quarter showing.

The Lakers are just one game away from securing the third seed in the Western Conference, which would be a huge coup for them. And doing so with a 50-win season would just be icing on the cake.
