Tom Brady is grateful for his “forever” loved ones.
On Monday, July 22, the former quarterback, 46, shared a throwback snap on his Instagram Stories of his mother Galynn Brady and daughter Vivian Lake, 11.
“My forever Mom and my forever baby girllllllieee ❤️❤️❤️,” Tom’s caption read alongside the photo that featured his 78-year-old mom carrying a much younger Vivian.
The grandmother and granddaughter appeared to be in great spirits in the shot, with Galynn flashing a smile at Vivian, who was dressed in a blue lace outfit, as she placed a white and pink flower on her grandmother’s forehead.

Tom — who shares Vivian and son Benjamin “Benny” Rein, 14, with ex-wife Gisele Bündchen, as well as son John “Jack” Edward Thomas, 16, with ex-girlfriend, actress Bridget Moynahan — also showed some appreciation for his boys.
“Love this kiddddddd ❤️❤️❤️,” Tom wrote under a photo of himself and Jack standing on a golf course and holding golf clubs.

The proud father then shared a snap of Benny sitting on a chair outdoors.
“And this boy makes my heart sing,” he wrote across the photo, adding red love heart emojis
Tom has been spending his summer going on adventures with his children.
On July 10, the former New England Patriots player shared a series of photos and videos to his Instagram Stories with Benny and Vivian at the Yellowstone Club in Montana.
Captured in photos, their activities included fishing, golfing and a ropes course.

Meanwhile, also earlier this month, Tom celebrated his mother’s 78th birthday with a sweet Instagram tribute on the Fourth of July.
“I always thought it was appropriate the country took a day off to celebrate my mom … she deserves it!” Tom wrote in the caption of a carousel of photos. “Happy Birthday to the most thoughtful, caring, loving person I’ve ever known.”
He added, “Thank you for being who you are, and giving all of us something to aspire to 🎂🎉 Thank you for your love and commitment and support of your family always! ❤️❤️❤️.”
