Brad Pitt has a lot of tattoos and regularly adds new ones. Star tattoos are often associated with family affection or things that inspire him.
Rhinoceros and human skulls
At the premiere of his new movie Bullet Train in July 2022, the actor showed off his leg tattoos in a linen dress and black boots. Just below the star’s knee, there is a tattoo of a rhinoceros and a human skull.
Iceman
The sacred figure erected along the actor’s outer left forearm is a sketch of Ötzi the Iceman – also known as Frozen Fritz and Similaun Man. Below it is the inscription “invictus”.
Abbreviated names of family members
On Pitt’s right forearm is a sharp design with all of the initials of his family members lying next to a vertical line. “A” for Angelina, “M” for Maddox, “P” for Pax, “Z” for Zahara, “S” for Shiloh, “K” for Knox and “V” for Vivienne.
Angelina Jolie’s Birthday
While waving to fans in 2014, Brad Pitt revealed a large tattoo on his lower abdomen with the date of birth of his wife at the time, Jolie.
Shadow Man and a poem
The latest tattoo in his ever-growing collection is a Shadow Man. However, it sits next to a poem by Rumi, which reads: “There is a realm, beyond all notions of right and wrong. I’ll see you here.” This is said to have been done right before his wedding to Jolie in 2014.
Submarine
On the outside of the actor’s left arm is a beautiful and intricate black and white submarine design.
