Tom Brady’s proposed deal to become a part owner of the Las Vegas Raiders is moving closer to an approval vote by NFL team owners.

Brady, the seven-time Super Bowl-winning quarterback in his first season as an NFL analyst for Fox, has improved the financial aspects of the deal to the point that the owners could take a ratification vote at their meeting this month in Atlanta or at their December meeting in Dallas, according to three people familiar with the deliberations.
