Bronny Jаmes doubleѕ down on Lаkers’ LeBron Jаmes NBA teаm-up tаke

A huge expectation entering the NBA Draft is that the Los Angeles Lakers are going to get a guard from USC. It’s not Isaiah Collier or Boogie Ellis but instead, it’s Bronny James. A lot of it has to do with LeBron James’ dream of getting to play with his sons in the league. But, it doesn’t look like the father’s ambition matches well with his son’s down the line.

Bronny James is a steady riser in the NBA Draft. He put up good numbers in the combine against tough opponents like Jamal Shead and Mark Sears. This means that a lot of front office might be more interested in acquiring him. But, a big favorite to land him is the Lakers. The information is not at all a shock due to LeBron James making his desires well-known to the public.

The player out of USC knows that there is a lot to consider before the NBA Draft. With this, he is also considering the reality of being unable to play alongside LeBron James inside the Lakers system, via SiriusXM NBA Radio.

“It would mean a lot for sure but that’s not my main focus right now. My main focus is to actually get to the league. That’s just plus points on top of that I can share the court with my dad. It’ll be a great experience,” Bronny James declared.

A lot of teams are now rapidly getting interested in taking a shot at developing him. However, it might be a big risk considering he shot a horrid 36.6% from the field with a 26.7% clip from way out for just 4.8 points per contest at USC. Nonetheless, his draft combine numbers might be enough to propel him early into the second round or late in the first.

LeBron is probably one of the best fathers in all of the sports. The Lakers legend does not get tired of going to his son’s games even if it means constantly traveling with his wife. Before coaching Bryce James at the Nike EYBL in Indiana, LeBron made a stop in Illinois to check out Bronny’s NBA Draft Combine scrimmages.

The Lakers legend imparted some knowledge to his son who is very hungry to notch a rotation spot in any team inside the NBA.

“Just be yourself. I feel like that’s what he’s driven into my head pretty well and I feel like that’s gotten me a long way. I’m standing by that,” the younger James said.

Despite all of the chatter and vitriol, he does not seem affected. Bronny knows how to handle pressure. However, he does admit that it can be a lot at times.

“It’s a lot to deal with. You know, over the years it’s built me into a person who is strong mentally. I can get over these types of things. I feel like I handle it pretty well. I’m happy where I am now,” he declared.

Will the right team pick him up or is a team-up with his dad in the Lakers system still a big possibility?
