The Guinness Book of World Records has named Rolf Buchholz as the person with the most physical alterations, however this is not the last achievement.
At the age of 40, this German man had his first tattoo and body piercing, which was more than 20 years ago. He has since quickly lost himself in his own fascinating world. Buchholz has so far transformed 516 different parts of people’s bodies, from tattoos and piercings to subcutaneous implants.
The 61-year-old guy previously held the record for the most piercings and was listed in the Guinness Book of World Records. He has 453 body piercings total, 158 of them in his lips, and 37 around his brows. He has 18 piercings in his left ear and 15 in his right.
Not satisfied with the simple piercing, the man from Dortmund also tattooed 90% of his body, and his face was also full of scars. Buchholz also implanted six horns under his arm, plus a pair of horns on his head. However, the edit that made the most impression on Buchholz was when he tattooed the palm of his hand, because it was really painful, and he was not a person with strong endurance.
