Rolf Buchholz has been recognized by the Guinness Book of World Records as the man with the most body modifications, but this is not the final milestone.
More than 20 years ago, this man from Germany first experienced the sensation of tattoos and body piercing at the age of 40. Since then, he has quickly immersed himself in his own interesting world. To date, Buchholz has performed 516 body transformations, from tattoos and piercings to subcutaneous implants.
Previously, the 61-year-old man once entered the Guinness Book of World Records with the record for the most piercings. There are 453 piercings on his body, 158 of his lips are attached, and 37 are around his eyebrows. His left ear has 18 piercings, while his right ear dangles 15.
Not satisfied with the simple piercing, the man from Dortmund also tattooed 90% of his body, and his face was also full of scars. Buchholz also implanted six horns under his arm, plus a pair of horns on his head. However, the edit that made the most impression on Buchholz was when he tattooed the palm of his hand, because it was really painful, and he was not a person with strong endurance.
Buchholz said he has carried out a number of other body transformations after recording a record of 516 transformations. Currently, he is still considering changing some details on the body.
