The 44-year-old man made anyone who saw him exclaim in surprise. Recently, Diabao Praddo has just cut off one of his ring fingers to satisfy his body modification.
Many people call him ‘Satan’ because of his terrifying appearance. On his personal Instagram page with more than 59,000 followers, he often shares pictures whenever he has a new tattoo or edit.
The man from São Paulo, Brazil said: ‘I actually have a very high pain threshold, I used to think it wouldn’t hurt. But the post-surgery process is much more painful. There are changes that would be nearly impossible without anesthesia. I really don’t want to be in pain. But if I have to feel pain to get what I want, then I will definitely face it.”
However, Diabao Praddo insists that he is willing to endure all the pain to get the body he wants, whether it requires a lot of tattoos or risky surgery.
Of course, the cost of making each change is not cheap. Adding a little silver on the face for the sparkle alone costs $1,000.
Diabao Praddo’s terrifying appearance is marked by four horns on the sides of his head, implanted under the skin and many tattoos to cover it up. Diabao Praddo’s tongue was split in two, his ears were cut off, and he was the third person in the world to have his nose completely shaved.

His wife Carol, also a bodybuilder, has helped him transform his look for over 25 years. Although the body has a lot of tattoos, almost covering the entire body surface area, but Diabao Praddo still wants to edit his face many more times to become more special.
“My wife specializes in modifications and my idea was to make myself her masterpiece when it comes to tattoos,” says Michel Faro do Prado.
